At 11:10 p.m.? Pretty late for that. I've seen it on occasion, and it can't be 
istaken for anything else. You know it when you see it.
I missed the Wallops Island. I had gone to bed five minutes earlier. Once I 
eave work, that is the end of the daily email for me. I spend all day in front 
f a computer, and my idea of relaxing does not include more computer work. I 
ish I had known this time, though.

Did not see it in Green Bank, West Virginia. Did see the ISS go high
verhead about the same time, though. Very bright.
