[Scan-DC] 11:10 PM RE: Wallops launch tomorrow evening

Saw it from Silver Spring/Beltsville - looked like it went straight up,
slowed down (went horizontal to the earth's surface), and then took a left
turn before dimming from sight. 

I'll travel to the beach for the next one!

Launch succeeded, now approaching stage 4, rocket was visible from
Gaithersburg into stage 3.
