I've been monitoring the Air France A380 flights into and out IAD for about 2 weeks now.
Most of the landings and takeoffs have been on runway 1R / 19L because of performance reasons.  That's one of their longest runways.
They're normally in range of Potomac Approach by 1:20pm and can monitor on finally approach in 125.800.   The Tower frequency that they switch over to is 120.100.    They also depart every evening around 5:00pm and can be monitor on the same 2 frequencies.
The callsign for the arriving flight is Air France 028 Super.  The callsign for the departing flight is Air France 039 Super.   
They also have a interesting procedure at IAD after a A380 arrives and departs.  They run an entire sweep of the runway to make sure that various signs along the runway have not been knocked over by the wake turbulence that the A380 generates.   In fact, yesterday was one of the first times they actually knock down a sign and had to close runway 1R for about 10 minutes to fix the problem.
