[Scan-DC] Wallops launch tomorrow evening

Anyone have any good suggestions for viewing locations for Southern
Maryland? I won't drive to the Eastern Shore to watch, but it is worth
driving to St. Mary's or something to get a better view of the southeastern
sky.
