Picking up what must be an automated signal on the Montgomery County trunked system, TG 16016 "(Boing Boing) Duress Alarm, 9th Floor, Courtroom 5", also room 900, Judge"s Chambers - as it is now 1900 hours (e.e. after working hours), I believe this must be a test of the security system in the new (district) court building in Rockville... now a duress alarm from courtroom 4.  Now room 910, judge's chambers.
