[Scan-DC] Solved my Alexandria fire Department HP1 problem

As you all recall I was not receiving the Alexandria Amb-hosp frequency 
(2N) on my HP 1

I use favorite lists.  One list is Arlington VA Fire and Alexandria Fire 
and I was not receiving the amb-hops frequency.

So I see Select Service Types on the menu and note several of the 
highlighted options to include hospital are not checked (orange).  SO I 
check em, hit accept and I can heart all the conversation to include the 
Alexandria Amb-hosp frequency.
