[Scan-DC] No scan content - local weather radar question

A question for weather-watchers here in the DC area - what site has the best internet weather radar?  I used to use
Channel 9's (WUSA) but the redesign of their website has goobered it up.  (Editorial - I have yet to see a redesign by any of the media outlets around here that was better than its predecessor - would be interested to discuss this off-list!)  Parameters required:  Must work with Firefox, large screen for easy viewing, loop or motion, easy-to-discern legend, and as little delay as possible.  Thanks!
