[Scan-DC] Still No scan content, but speaking of planes

I fly on a 757 about twice a month between Chicago and Dulles. I normally monitor ATC on Channel 9 on the UAL entertainment systems when the pilots make it available. I've never heard them use the "Heavy" suffix, but have heard them give wake turbulence warnings to planes that are following a 757 during landing.
I know the FAA was thinking about reclassifying the 757 has a "Heavy" several years ago after a number of smaller business jets crashed while landing behind 757.

I also found it interesting that the call sign suffix for A380 flights is
"Super" - versus "Heavy" for the usual widebodies. Also, the 757 is the only
single-aisle airliner that uses a "Heavy" suffix.
