[Scan-DC] Doomsday plane

An interesting ABC news video on the "Doomsday Plane," where the big
shots go in case of a huge national emergency. They show a glimpse of
the long wire that can be towed behind the plane for VLF communications
with submarines, if necessary. I believe this plane was spotted in the
sky (around DC?) during the aftermath of 9/11. I suspect some people in
this group know a lot more about this plane and its communications
capabilities.
