[Scan-DC] Mass Casualty Incident in Montgomery County

Sounds like most of the people were pretty lucky.  Heard one ambulance
transimission "severe damage to everything but the driver's compartment, he
has no memory of the incident, but only injury we can find is a contusion."
All but one helicopter were cancelled, and two patients went to Medstar and
Children's in the same medic unit.
