The fire was in Cape Saint Claire in the 19-1 Box, Southern Hills Dr. It did
go to a second alarm but was released due to a small fire. There was
reported entrapment but no one was found trapped.
Fire Alarm was on Condition Red and Condition Yellow for hours. They had no
CAD capabilities. The dispatchers had to do everything manually. All units
had to stay on Alpha (Dispatch) to recieve dispatches. The system is now
back up.
