[Scan-DC] Montgo 2nd alarm

Additional - first dispatch was for "explosions on 11th floor", subsequent transmissions described it as a fire in apt 1120.  Command Post 727 on the way as part of the second alarm... second alarm units on 7D staging at Station 1.

Also, EMS units were sent to a separate call nearby at Georgia Avenue and Eastern Avenue for a working code... not sure what's going on with that.

Fidler Lane is near Georgia and Cameron, just north of Georgia and Colesville.

(Ed,isn't the other "twin" 8715 Georgia or 8715 First, something like that?)
