[Scan-DC] 2 good intent water rescues

Well, a couple of flurries of activity in Ocean City today, first a water rescue at 139th and the beach, a girl said that her two friends had gone into the water 1-1/2 hours before and that she hadn't seen them... they were soon located safely in the vicinity of 146th Street, but I'm not sure if they were on the beach, in the water, or up by the street...

The second just now, a jet-ski apparently overturned in the bay, it was reported to be visible to the south from the Route 90 bridge, jet-skier righted the craft and left...
