[Scan-DC] Home Patrol vs GRE PSR-800

The two scanners do have many similarities, but the PSR-800 has some
advanced features--some of which have never been available in scanners
before. It has the discriminator output through the headphone jack,
and the ability to monitor the new X2-TDMA systems in use in Prince
George's and Loudoun.

The inability to directly enter a frequency from the scanner (without
using the software) may be a big drawback for some, however.
