[Scan-DC] NORAD exercise tonight

I know I've asked this before, but what are the best frequencies to
monitor?

NORAD will be conducting a live-fly over exercise (Falcon Virgo) over
the National Capital Region. The exercise is schedule for May 4 and May
5, 2011.    
Flight periods are:    
11:30 PM/4 May to 1:30 AM/5 May   
3:30  AM to 5:30 PM/5 May

(I think the 5:30 PM end time may be a typo and it should probably be
5:30AM).
