[Scan-DC] Montgo County school bus accident

Two bus accident, one off the road head-on into a tree.  Don't know if that
is a school bus though.

Units in Company 35's area are working a school bus accident at Rt. 355 and
Stringtown Road.  9 children and 1 adult, all Priority 3.  Ops on 7-G.
