there is an affordable means of getting there in a major crisis.

And if you have $104 dollars that you're not doing anything with,
why not schedule a ride and a stay at the Greenbrier? I noticed
that just a round of golf is an affordable $405. With drinks at
the 19th hole, that's about equivalent to an HP-1.
