[Scan-DC] Water resecues on Monday morning

Was anyone else listening to the rescues of people from flooding between
3:45 and 6 a.m. yesterday?  I know the Park Police helicopter assisted with
a the first rescue just south of Dickerson and later Trooper 3 helped ferry
the Boy Scouts stranded near White's Ferry.  Near the end of the second
rescue Trooper 2 just showed up and offered assistance.  I am wondering if
it was involved with another incident nearby?  Both rescues used the
helicopter more for lighting and safety backup than for picking up victims
(although Trooper 3 did carry 3 children), so I am wondering why a second
helo showed up.
