For some ten or more minutes, MPD cars running code have been accompanying several tour buses headed south through the intersection of Third Street and D Street, going under the Department of Labor in the direction of Constitution and the Mall. The buses are not empty. Someone in there must be of high priority. Who is it? I can monitor analog, but that's all.
