He was calling "Command Post"; heard a second transmisson about 5 - 10 mins after the first one, very scratchy but I had the impression that the problem had been resolved... unknown whether he still planned to divert (or anything else)... no further transmissions heard.

> Am hearing "Reach 9006" on 349.400 MHz, which I believe is Andrews Tower frequency, they say they are "diverting" with a "nose wheel in transit"(?), presumably diverting _to_ Andrews, also with a heavy load of fuel, 44 passengers. ETA 30 mins (I think)... This is at 6:52 EDT on Sat... heard the aircraft 5x5 from Gaithersburg but couldn't copy the tower...
