Double-checking... a _Howard_ unit is requesting assistance, right?

Weird...

There _is_ a McDonald's there in the shopping center at Crabbs Branch Way and Shady Grove Road... MdTA police station for the ICC is close by, also on Crabbs Branch... sounds like the right place, but I wonder what a Howard unit is doing there...

Post if you hear anything more!
