[Scan-DC] Montgomery County Hazmat Incident

Montgomery County Hazmat units are on scene at a US Postal facility on Motor City Drive in Bethesda (near Montgomery Mall / Democracy Blvd near I-270 Spur) for an unknown powder - some people have been transported to "a local hospital" (unknown which one) with irritant-type symptoms (non life-threatening).  Operations on 7-Golf.  Fire/Rescue public info recorded hotline 240/777-2442.
