Just in case there was any doubt, this is confirmed US Capitol Police
Travel Ch. 3 for the Giffords detail.  They referred to "Travel 3 TA"
which I assume is the same channel in simplex talk-around mode.
They've also talked about switching to "channel 5K" (unknown what that
is).  They have quite an extensive detail at TIRR.  There is at least
a 2 or 3 car motorcade available in case she wants or needs to go
anywhere.  It sounds like they have a canine unit there as well.
