[Scan-DC] FFX EOD incident today

Per the six o'clock news, a realtor found what she thought was a box of
dynamite.  Turned out to be a box of road flares.  WMD?  Gave the robot a
chance to dance, anyway.  

New terminology..."What Means Dis" ?....."Wet Mud's Dirty" ?....."Woman
Meant Dynamite" ?
