[Scan-DC] TG 16688 = ICC?

Those of you in or near Montgomery County with 800 MHz digital trunking receivers, please (program and) take a listen to talkgroup 16688 on the Montgomery County system and see what you think - I heard a lot of activity earlier, and I suspect this may be the (until now!) elusive ICC talkgroup.  It is currently labeled as Rockville Local Government 1... As soon as the bosses leave here for the day, I'll settle in for the evening shift and will be monitoring it, but I think I heard callsigns such as "I-6", "I-7", and "Motor I-9", a unit making a traffic stop ("Welcome to the ICC, here are your Green Stamps!"  No, I didn't hear _that_!), and some talk about "zones".

I've just fired up the PRO-106, not sure how well it will come in here in the "Blockhouse", esp since I'm limited to the rubber duckie...
