[Scan-DC] Alexandria EMS

I'm not very familiar with Alexandria, but this afternoon I was listening to their system on my HP-1, and I heard an ambulance-to-hospital transmission. On the HP-1, on the Alexandria system, it was under the "Fire/Rescue" group, on a channel labeled "Ch. 2N EMS To Alexandria Hospital," TGID 512.
