[Scan-DC] Montgomery County Fire - Major brush fire

Multiple brush fires going.  Another one just found in Seneca State Park off
Clopper Rd.  Wind is also making radios hard to understand.

Montgomery County Fire is fighting a major brush fire in  Germantown.   
General location is 13700 Monarch Vista Drive,  Germantown, MD.   The fire
is 
underneath the power lines and spreading  quickly into the woods. 
 
Operations are on 7G, 7H, 7I, 71C, and 71D
