[Scan-DC] Something going on in McLean?

This doesn't exactly sound like a unique occurrence, but I figured I'd check
to see if anybody has heard anything.  I just saw three helicopters fly
overhead in South Arlington, then received this anonymous tip...

"Why were fighter jets flying over the CIA while police, with automatic
rifles drawn and at the ready, in front of the CIA's 123 entrance this
afternoon?  The jets flew over a small part of Arlington."

It's probably a combination of a couple routine events, but I figured I'd
check.
