1.  See WDCA548.  Licensed for that callsign are for a Lo Jack receiving 
locations in Washington, DC, Fairfax, Fredericksburg, Bull Run Mountain, 
Emporia and Hampton, VA.  In Va. receiving locations tend to be located 
near I95 and I64 in Hampton.  I am not sure but I think data is 
proprietary to the manufacturer's software used.  So the teachable 
moment is if you steal a car equipped with Lo Jack in avoid interstates 
and driving within range of the Bull Run Mtn. site..
