Yes, you are correct -- thanks for that info! I just found the following item on the LoJack Web site:
 
 
SafetyNet works on frequency band 216.0125-216.9875 MHz, which is allocated by the FCC for law enforcement tracking - meaning that our signal will experience no interference with digital TV.

 
So program that range into your search list and find some missing persons! Given how my mind is deteriorating lately, you might even help find me!
