Other miscellaneous stuff:
Mtgy fire communications just announced that they are on "Condition Red" at 1100.
I'm not sure whether this bank is in Mtgy or PG County, but police and fire units from both jurisdictions are working it, as well as Takoma Park PD. (Ed, do you know where the line is?)
There was a request from Command a few mins ago to several pieces of fire apparatus for them to move away from the front of the bank building. Sounds as if the bomb could be either in the building, on the guy, or maybe both!

> Montgomery County's bomb unit is on the scene of what sounds to be an active suspicious package in the shopping center at New Hampshire Av. and University Blvd. The package may be at the Capitol One Bank. Bomb squad is preparing to make entry. MCFRS Chief Bowers, Unit 100, just arrived on the scene. Ops on 7G.
