[Scan-DC] working house fire, Silver Spring

Across from 807 Lanark Way, in Four Corners (Company 16) area, house involved in fire, operations 71-Charlie, responding units hampered by traffic / road / weather conditions.  Medic unit requested, I think for one burned.  Another neighborhood street (Brunett Ave) closed due to wires down, again hampering access.  Second report of another house on fire nearby at 10102 Dallas Avenue.
