[Scan-DC] ICC Police

On Crabbs Branch Road in Rockville this morning on the way to work, I spotted a dark-colored police Crown Vic headed in the other direction.  Most of the police cruisers around here are lighter shades or silver, so I was curious about this one.  As it got closer I noticed the front license tag read ICC-4.  By that time I was able to see the side and of course it was a MD Transportation Authority car.  Unfortunately I wasn't thinking quickly enough to try to check out what radio antennas it might have had...  wonder if cars that patrol other MD Trans Authority facilities have tags that link back to those facilities...
