I was playing around with my 106 trying to make it work with
BaltoCity, and I ended up putting the system freqs into my 96.
I found out it was locking on to a P25 9600 CC. Time to fire up
PRO96COM. It took all of 15 seconds to realize the freqs on the
screen were part of BaltoCity and the few VC entries were also
BaltoCity freqs. If you set the system for P25, the 106 locks
in on the 9600 CC, but if you set the 106 for MOT 800/900, it
locks in on the right 3600 CC.

This should confirm that Baltimore City is progressing to make
it's system a pure P25 system in the next few months as planned.
