[Scan-DC] New WX station KYJ-99 in Accomack County VA, 162.525 MHz, 1 KW

The National Weather Service has placed in service a new weather transmitter in Mappsville, VA.  This station is known as KYJ-99, operating on a frequency of 162.525 MHz with a power output of 1000 watts.  Station KYJ-99 covers Accomack and Northhampton counties in Virginia, and Maryland's lower eastern shore.  Should be audible from Ocean City MD, I would think.
