Saw this phone video on local news today.

Anyone hear anything on the metrorail security channel?

I'm assuming 100% of all the metrorail station floor space is covered by Hi Q low light CCTV and stored for some amount of time.  Wondering why the station manager didn't see it and why they haven't released what would likely be higher quality CCTV video
