[Scan-DC] Several Unmarked Cars Running Code 3; Third Street Tunnel

Several unmarked cars running with lights and sirens just entered the Third Street Tunnel headed south, under the Mall. One was a red Malibu or something like one. They are in a big hurry and clearly want other drivers out of their way. I don't have anything at work but an analog Bearcat SC150. Capitol Police are analog, so I'll fire it up.

Seen from Department of Labor. I might head up to the roof for the view.
