[Scan-DC] WISP

As I mentioned to Alan, in addition what the FCC says WISP is using, I
have 155.2800 for the Ski Patrol.  Would like confirmation.

I got this frequency from a National Ski Patrol (NSP) site.  Some
resorts have, it appears, their patrollers use the resort's frequencies
(e.g. Liberty) and in some places, mainly the smaller resorts it seems,
the patrollers use NSP assigned frequencies.  Wisp is a fairly large
resort so I am curious why they would be using an NSP frequency and not a
Wisp frequency.  Would like confirmation.
