[Scan-DC] ICC Policing / radios

I'm sitting in the office in Bethesda with my 396T running MoCo
on ID Search and logging to ARC396Pro. If I get any strange hits,
I'll let you know, too.  Just have to filter out the crap I hear
if I'm  scanning BNMC and NIH at the same time.

I'm stupid - I meant to put one of the scanners on ID SEARCH
today and listen up to see if I heard any unidentified Montgomery
talkgroups, and I forgot... will do so tomorrow...
