For those of you keeping score at home... 172.15 M [136.5] TSA analog voice inversion radios at DCA I've also noticed that TSA at DCA has a base/dispatcher that IDs as "SCC" on 172.9. I haven't noticed this at other airports. Also, I don't suppose anyone knows what they refer to as "code lima?" -Eric
