[Scan-DC] Ocean City MD Fire live dispatch?

I'm trying to listen to Ocean City MD's live dispatch over the internet - http://www.ocvfc.com/; a link on the lower left of that page is marked "Live Dispatch: Listen Online" and takes me to http://www.ocvfc.com/dispatch.cfm, but that just seems to sit there... a .cfm file is apparently a ColdFusion file and from what I can tell, that would be more of a video than an audio file.  Same thing happens using both Firefox 3.6.13 and Internut Exploder 8... I'm not hearing anything after about 15 mins... of course they don't always transmit as much compared to around here, but it's snowning pretty good over there (check out the webcams at http://oceancitymd.gov/webcam.html) so I'd think there'd be some activity.

Any thoughts?  Thanks!
