[Scan-DC] PRO-96 needs new home

Before you decide to scrap it and if you didn't already know, the Pro-96 is
a great discriminator tap radio.  The tap point is a pin sticking up and
easily attached to once the back is removed.  However, the hard coded step
size is probably not all that useful in the 700 MHz band.  Just for your
info...

I have a RS PRO-96 I no longer want, if anyone could use it.  It has the
notorious volume issue and I got tired of pushing on the knob to be able to
hear it.  I got it when it was the first digital scanner available, so it
served well for a number of years before becoming irritating.  I usually
keep my old scanners, or give them to friends, but not this one.
