[Scan-DC] Other alternatives - RE: Programming Cable for 296D

If you compuuter only has a USB port, you would need a USB to serial
converter to connect between the computer's USB port and the newly made
cable withe the 9-pin serial connector atteached. If you have a computer
with a serial port, you would not need the converter.
