[Scan-DC] Multi-agency SWAT training exercise 12/9

A multi-agency SWAT training exercise will be held Thursday at a vacant building on the grounds of the Solders and Airmen's Home (or whatever it's called nowadays).  Both federal and local SWAT teams will supposedly participate.

They are planning to use DC inter-op 1 (159.15) and perhaps their own frequencies.

It starts in the morning and runs through the early afternoon.
