Weak Signal Propagation Reporter Network

Been working with a friend to test HF antenna's on WSPRnet.  It's an 
impressive resource.

You can use it in an SWL mode to check propagation.  For example limit the 
map to just 2 meters and see if any locals are transmitting.  If will show 
map and other participants that are receiving the signal.  It's kind of new 
so far but as more users join the net it'll be more informative above HF 
bands.
