[Scan-DC] Montgomery County (MD) Talkgroup 16560

Recently I've noticed that TG 16560 on the Montgomery County trunked system seems to be being used by the Rockville district of the Montgomery County Police as a dispatch channel... on RadioReference's web site, this TG is supposedly the City of Gaithersburg's Local Government 1 talkgroup... does anyone know what's going on?

When I have some downtime, I'll try to monitor this TG and 14736 (MCP Rockville Dispatch), 16624, and 16656 (Rockville City PD 1 & 2) and see if it's a simulcast with any of the others.

Also, does anyone have a way to get this information to Lindsay Blanton at RadioReference (Eric, are you listening?)  :)  I don't want to submit it as a correction without knowing the whole story.
