[Scan-DC] Fairfax FD TG 4M as a VRS?

This morninig FFX dispatched a bulding fire on 4H. The call was in the 5500
block of Seminary Rd and included units from Arlington, Alexandria, and
Fairfax. On 4H the dispatcher advised the units that "We patched 4 Mary to
4 Hotel to communicate."

Any idea what the radio talk group number is?
Does it operate like the Vehicle Repeater Systems in DC and Montgomery?
