[Scan-DC] Something big at 24th and Shirlington in Arlington

PD and FD working something big at Glebe and 24th or Shirlington and 24th or
something like that. The dispatcher did not say what the incident was,
instead she referred the units to their MDTs for more info, and when the
first unit arrived, he said "I found him. He's in a tree." They starting
blocking traffic, then they moved to 1C and I can't monitor that from where
I am (Switzerland).

Anyone know what's up?
