[Scan-DC] New Federal DC Trunking System

I recently posted on the Fed Files blog that there seem to be quite a  
few new P-25 VHF trunking sites that have come live in the Northern  
Virginia & DC area:

All indications so far are that this may be the new National Capitol  
Region overlay of the Justice Department's Integrated Wireless Network  
(IWN).

I am hoping some listeners in the DC area that have experience using  
the PRO96COM software package to monitor the control channel data  
could pass along what you are picking up on these new sites.
