PORTSMOUTH, Va. - Coast Guard personnel held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the official establishment of Coast Guard Command, Control and Communications Engineering Center, at the Coast Guard Base Support Unit Portsmouth, Wednesday. The center will represent a synergy of the former Command and Control Center and Telecommunication and Information Systems Command under the management of a single center in support of the commandant's Logistics Transformation Initiative.
